Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Click on the Pay Fee Online button at the bottom of this page to begin .<\/li>\n
  • Login Page of CRM will be displayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Step 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Login using parent login credentials as follows.<\/li>\n
    • Username – student name as shared to you in whatsapp.<\/li>\n
    • Password – as shared to you in whatsapp.<\/li>\n
    • If you are unable to recall the password, please use FORGOT PASSWORD option.<\/li>\n
    • Please scroll down to reach FEE PAYMENT option.<\/li>\n
    • Click on FEE PAYMENT option.<\/li>\n
    • The Fee amount applicable to your ward and class will be displayed.<\/li>\n
    • Click on PAY NOW to remit the amount.<\/li>\n
    • Bill will be generated automatically and you can download it for reference.<\/li>\n
    • Same steps applicable for browsers in Laptops\/Computers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      1. \n

        Definitions<\/strong>
        In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise:<\/p>\n

        • \n

          \u201cSchool\u201d refers to Modern Matriculation School.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          \u201cParent \/ Guardian\u201d means the person who is responsible for the payment of fees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          \u201cStudent\u201d means the child admitted\/being admitted to the School.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          \u201cFees\u201d means all amounts payable including tuition, transport, admission, activity, exam, etc.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Payment of Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • \n

            Fees must be paid by the due dates as published in the academic calendar or ERP portal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Late payment may incur a penalty \/ fine as per School\u2019s fee policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            If there are previous dues, any new payments shall be considered only after clearing these dues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Mode of Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • \n

              Fees may be paid via online methods (via payment gateway), UPI, net banking, or in person at the school office.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Bank \/ transaction \/ processing \/ convenience charges (if any) may be borne by the Parent \/ Guardian unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Receipts<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • \n

                Official fee receipts will be issued upon successful payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Parents should ensure they receive the receipt and preserve it for all future references.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Revision of Fee Structure<\/strong><\/p>\n

                • \n

                  The school reserves the right to revise fee amounts (tuition, transport, other charges) with prior notice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Such revisions will be communicated via the ERP portal \/ school notice board \/ email.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                • \n

                  Disputes & Corrections<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • \n

                    Any discrepancy in the fee bill must be reported within a specified period (e.g., within 7 days of receiving the bill).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    After the specified period, the School\u2019s decision shall be final.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                  • \n

                    Non-payment & Consequences<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    • \n

                      If fees are not paid within the grace period, the student\u2019s name may be temporarily suspended from accessing certain services (e.g., attendance, results).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                      1. \n

                        General Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

                        • \n

                          Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except under special circumstances explicitly described in this policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          Refund requests must be submitted in writing using the prescribed form within a timeframe specified (e.g., within 30 days of payment).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                        • \n

                          Application \/ Admission Fee<\/strong><\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • \n

                            The Admission Fee is non-refundable once the student has been admitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            If a candidate is found ineligible for admission before the session begins or fails to submit required documents, partial refund may be considered (excluding admission fee, processing charges).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                          • \n

                            Withdrawal after Commencement of Session<\/strong><\/p>\n

                              \n
                            • \n

                              If a student withdraws after the academic session has commenced, fees for the entire term shall be payable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                            • \n

                              Transport \/ other optional services fees may be refunded on a pro rata basis (depending on the usage) after deduction of administrative \/ processing charges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                            • \n

                              Duplicate \/ Over Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                \n
                              • \n

                                If a Parent \/ Guardian accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                Transaction \/ gateway charges may not be refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                              • \n

                                Payment Gateway \/ Technical Issues<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                  \n
                                • \n

                                  If a payment fails but amount is debited, the School will verify with the gateway and initiate refund within a maximum of [7-10] working days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Parents should keep transaction ID, screenshot, and details of the issue for raising a refund claim.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                                • \n

                                  Timeframe for Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                    \n
                                  • \n

                                    Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or bank transfer within [7-30] working days, depending on the bank \/ gateway.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                  • \n

                                    All refunds are subject to bank \/ gateway processing delays.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                                  • \n

                                    Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                      \n
                                    • \n

                                      Student must be active and have no pending dues except those related to the refunded payment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                    • \n

                                      Refund requests for inactive or suspended students may require special approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                                    • \n

                                      Deductions<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                        \n
                                      • \n

                                        The school may deduct a nominal administrative \/ processing fee (e.g., 5% of the refundable amount or fixed amount) where applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                      • \n

                                        Gateway \/ bank charges incurred shall be deducted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n

                                      • \n

                                        Right to Amend<\/strong><\/p>\n

                                        • \n

                                          The School reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                                        • \n
